Absolute Beginners Yoga Course
This is an 8 week program specifically aimed for new and returning Yoga students. The program is a baseline module to allow students time learn how to accommodate posturing (āsāna), accomplish breath work (prānāyāma) and understand the foundations of gestures (mudrā),seals (bhandas) and meditation (dhyāna).
