Everyday, our inner emotional body becomes weighted down with an amassed overload of information. The way we respond to this, can be the the boon or the bust to our personal growth. A heart with self- compassion, is a doorway to self acceptance, non-judgement and deep, selfless gratitude. Emotional mountains can create a polarising effect of pathos and gullibility; it explores how to overcome these limiting beliefs, and how to reframe our thinking.
