Everyday, our inner emotional body becomes weighted down with an amassed overload of information. The way we respond, can be the the boon or the bust to our progress. The integrity of a pure heart of compassion is one doorway to acceptance, non-judgement and deep gratitude, yet this can also create a polarising effect of both pathos and gullibility.
How do we allow our vulnerability to thrive, whilst maintaining balance alone with an 'independent seat' of confidence? How do we befriend the ego, without allowing anger, frustration, fear and past experiences to overshadow our personal growth? What to Expect:
The workshop will stream live via Zoom and will stay recorded for one week. Participants are advised to bring a journal/workbook to take personal notes.
