Hatha Flow Yoga.
Building a peak pose/asana
Level 1 and 2
A steady blend of somatic movements, effective breathing techniques, pranayama and alignment- based asana, that focuses on
relevant stability and structure for the Yoga body.
Wednesday 10am - 11.15am
Yin 45 mins + Restorative Savasana
A still and present state of practice. It works to provide scaffolding to the joints and fascial systems. The Restorative posture done at the end of this practice brings the student into a deep rest. It allows the mind to develop training for meditation.
Thursday 6pm - 7pm
A lovely Yoga practice that is very relevant if you are needing a slow paced, soft and nurturing practice. Less is more in this class, and with reference to mobility and ‘chair’ options. This class is for anyone!
Friday 5pm - 5.45pm
This is a fully integrated, Restorative Yoga® practice that offers deep rest to the body & mind. It also compliments other regular classes, but also allows the student to enjoy a time of distraction from any external stress, mental anxiety, body tension and general tiredness.
Yoga props are used, so students will need a Bolster, blocks and blankets and/or a chair.
Restorative Yoga® with Yoga Therapy® are specialised areas of practice, that should be offered under the guidance of a fully trained and registered practitioner. Aly is a fully certified Level 2 Yoga Therapist with the British Yoga School and has been teaching Restorative Yoga® since 2016.
