Yin Yoga Friday 10am~11am (Earls Colne Quaker Rooms)
Yin Yoga is founded on ancient Chinese traditions that are rooted collectively in healing bodily tension and mental anxiety. This deeply relaxing, still based practice helps to support mind clarity, manage emotional balance and restore circulation to bodily tissues, fascia and organs. This inner experience heightens the preparation needed for meditation. The class may include: Chakra balancing, working with meridian lines to aid organ/ nerve function and affirmations to support mind/body wellness.
This is a small group class and all Yoga props are provided. Students may wish to bring a bolster and an eye pillow for comfort at the end of class (savasana).
